On to the intro:
NOVEMBER 5--The Florida man who leads off this week’s mug shot roundup did not fall victim to the dreaded red-eye effect when he posed for cops Monday following a grand theft collar. That’s a colored contact lens in the 18-year-old suspect’s right eye. As for the remaining perps, just a couple of notes:
1) The 53-year-old Kansan on page #4 was busted Tuesday for drug possession. The rampant red, remarkably, does not appear to have been part of a Halloween costume; and 2) The roughed-up Texan on page #10 was arrested Tuesday for the alleged online solicitation of a minor. The bruises were likely connected to the related charge of resisting arrest. (16 pages)
