1998 bin Laden Indictment

Late Show Audience Letter

1) The nationwide terrorist hunt yielded its first criminal charges yesterday (September 18), when three Michigan men were nabbed following a federal search. As this FBI affidavit shows, agents found airport diagrams and fake immigration records in the trio's Detroit residence. Karim Koubriti, Ahmed Hannan, and Farouk Ali-Haimoud have been charged with identity fraud and misuse of visas. (5 pages)
