As if the child custody fight between Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee couldn't get nastier, the actress now claims that she contracted hepatitis C after sharing a tattoo needle with the musician--and that Lee never bothered to mention he was infected. In a statement yesterday (3/20), Anderson said she was forced to announce her diagnosis because Lee had leaked the information in a "pathetic attempt to discredit me" in connection with the pair's legal battle in Los Angeles Superior Court.
