Hard To Believe: Snoop In Pot Bust

In the "hardly counts as news" department, rapper Snoop Doggy Dogg (a/k/a Calvin Broadus) was busted Wednesday (10/17) and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. When the performer's tour bus was pulled over for speeding on Interstate 90 in Ohio,Highway Patrol officers detected "an odor of burnt marijuana," according to a police statement. A search then turned up $1000 worth of pot and some drug paraphernalia--for which Snoop and two cronies got popped.
