Things Not To Say (Or Admit) To A Law Enforcement Agent (#10)

While seated in a police cruiser following his arrest for drunk driving, a Tennessee man warned a cop, “I am going to join ISIS and when I do, you will be the first person I kill.”

Marco Antonio Dominguez, 24, was collared early today by a Metropolitan Nashville Police Department officer who noticed that his “vehicle was smoking and his windshield was smashed in.”

Dominguez, who was standing next to the car at a gas station, had “vomit all over the front of his pants” and appeared intoxicated, according to a criminal complaint.

After being busted for DUI, a handcuffed Dominguez mentioned his purported desire to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria terrorist organization. He later threatened, “Why don’t you take these handcuffs off and [I’ll] show you what I am made of.”

Pictured in the above mug shot, Dominguez was charged with drunk driving, assault, driving without a license, and leaving the scene of an accident. Cops believe that his car was damaged when he struck a sign on a nearby interstate.

Dominguez, who is locked up on $20,000 bond, is scheduled for a court hearing tomorrow.
