Is there a bigger asshole in Pennsylvania than Barry Robert Baker Jr.?

The answer would be no.

Baker, 29, was charged yesterday with battery for a sucker punch attack earlier this month on a 22-year-old man with cerebral palsy.

Baker, pictured at right, walloped the victim outside a 7-Eleven in West Chester, a Philadelphia suburb. Baker was hanging outside the convenience store when the victim drove up around 2:30 AM and entered the business.

As seen in the above surveillance footage, Baker mimicked the way the man walked as he entered (and later exited) the 7-Eleven. While mocking the victim, Baker reared back and punched the man in the face with a jarring right hook.

Baker was arrested yesterday for simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Released from custody after posting $25,000 bail, Baker is scheduled for a May 30 preliminary hearing in District Court.
