Burger King Brawler Hit With Another Felony Rap For Spring Break Melee

The beleaguered BK Brawler has been slapped with yet another felony charge stemming from her videotaped outburst last month at a fast food joint in Florida, court records show.

Prosecutors last week charged Nekiva Hardy, 30, with giving cops a false name after she was arrested for wreaking havoc in a Panama City Beach Burger King restaurant over spring break. Hardy, wearing a bikini and carrying no ID, told cops that she was “Kimesa Smith,” the actual name of an acquaintance of hers from Montgomery, Alabama.

Hardy, who was originally hit with a single misdemeanor battery count, has seen the charges against her expand. She now faces two felonies and four misdemeanors in connection with the March 19 incident made famous by a YouTube clip that went viral.

Bond for the new felony charge has been set at $15,000, bringing her total bond amount to $65,000. Hardy remains locked up in the Bay County jail and is next due in Circuit Court on May 10.

She is a person that literally, only a mother could love. She pi__ed off the Flordia police dept. so bad they went out of state to bust her nasty asht. She is a sorry *%$#^^!&+^%$* example of a human being. How would you like to wake up to that growling at you ever morning?

She's lucky she was'nt slapped right off that counter by a worker in selfdefense or beat over the head with an ugly stick.

This "kid" is locked up b/c she WILLFULLY assaulted a BK employee. In the process, created mayhem in a public place, lied to a law enforcement officer, all while bringing negative attention to herself. W/ the abundance of video equipment in society (Big Brother rules), it was soon available for home viewing w/in hours. So, SHE created a spectacle where the spotlight shone on her bikini-clad arse as if she were auditioning for the Springer show! The deserving criminal charges will keep her occupied behind bars for awhile, as her kids wonder why mommy's not around. Hopefully they'll be placed in a better environment. NOW, the real kicker of this whole scenario is that she could have MADE A DECISION to go elsewhere for her meal when she felt it wasn't ready in time. That's all. BUT NOOOOOOO!!! She had to go "all up in somebody's face" @ it. And somehow I find it hard to believe that jailtime will teach her a lesson, b/c her actions show me that she's NOT teachable. Got that right!!

come'n.. so she was a jerk...Sure, make her get the" jist " of her actions.. still she is a kid... gimme a break... Is she a criminal that assaulted someone or like our wall streeters, destroyed peoples lives.. I think not... Of course being a white liberal I think that barry bonds (with a bit of racissm) for the most part is taking a bum rap for being a jerk... If they put all the jerks in jail, they would haveto build a lot more jails..
