Actress Jaime Pressly was arrested by California cops in January 2011 and charged with suspicion of DUI. The “My Name is Earl” actress, 33, was pulled over by Santa Monica police and jailed following a field sobriety test. Pressly posed for the above mug shot before posting $15,000 bail.
