Director Gus Van Sant was arrested in December 2006 on a drunk driving charge in Oregon. Van Sant, 54, was popped by Portland cops and booked into the Multnomah County jail, where the above mug shot was snapped. The Portland resident was nominated for an Academy Award for 1997's 'Good Will Hunting,' and has also directed 'Elephant,' 'Drugstore Cowboy,' and 'My Own Private Idaho.'
