Media tycoon Conrad Black was photographed by the United States Marshals Service in December 2005 after pleading not guilty to federal fraud charges. In July 2007, a Chicago jury convicted Black, then 62, of mail fraud and obstruction of justice; he was later sentenced to serve six-and-a-half years in prison. Black is scheduled to be released from Bureau of Prisons custody in October 2013.
