Fox Informed Of Possible Bombshell Lawsuit
This is the letter sent last month to Fox Television executives informing them that a female colleague of Bill O'Reilly was contemplating a bombshell sexual harassment lawsuit against the talk show host. The letter from New York lawyer Benedict Morelli--which does not identify O'Reilly or accuser Andrea Mackris by name--alleges that the "O'Reilly Factor" host subjected her to "constant and relentless" harassment, which included calls to the woman's home and "constant...innuendo."
