Empire State Building Bloodbath

In February 1997, Ali Abu Kamal went to the Empire State Building and opened fire on the skyscraper's observation deck. The 69-year-old Palestinian murdered one man and wounded several others before killing himself. New York cops found this so-called "Charter of Honour" in Kamal's pocket.
