Thanks to some strategic deletions, we'll never know the CIA's views on trained cats. This March 1967 report from The Company, released pursuant to a Freedom of Information request, heralds a "remarkable scientific achievement." Our guess is that this breakthrough probably involved explosives and/or a recalcitrant dictator. (2 pages)
