Frankly, we're a bit tired of this Leonardo DiCaprio. We really didn't like Titanic and we're still pissed about the big screen butchering of Jim Carroll's book "The Basketball Diaries." But enough about us. Here's an excerpt from a pending Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit filed by a movie producer against DiCaprio and fellow actor Tobey Maguire. The two little thespians, the producer alleges, appeared (for $575 a day!) in the independent film "Don's Plum," but are now improperly trying to stop the movie's release. (8 pages)
