Paris Hilton's Ex Drops $10M Video Lawsuit

APRIL 8--Months after claiming that he had been viciously slandered by Paris Hilton and her parents, amateur videographer/porn star Rick Salomon has moved to drop a lawsuit against the Hilton clan. On Tuesday, lawyers for Salomon filed the below request to dismiss his $10 million claim against Hilton and her wealthy parents. However, the fourth person named in Salomon's November 2003 Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, publicist Siri Garber, remains a defendant in the action. In his complaint, Salomon alleged that the Hiltons and Garber wrongfully accused him of improper--and perhaps criminal--conduct in connection with the filming of his sex romps with the 22-year-old heiress. He specifically pointed to Garber claims (appearing in the New York Post) that Hilton was incapacitated during the filming and was "so far gone she is drooling." Garber added, "It is the most disturbing video I have ever seen." We're not sure what video Garber saw, but most drooling associated with the tape came after its online release. (2 pages)
