According to William Hundley, former chief of the Justice Department's Organized Crime and Racketeering section, late FBI boss J. Edgar Hoover had a peculiar relationship with legendary New York hoodlum Frank Costello. This interview with Hundley, who also served as special assistant to Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, was conducted by an investigator with the House Select Committee on Assassinations.
