Hair-Raising Theft

SEPTEMBER 13--Meet Mark Hoousendove. The New York man was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly stealing five packages of Rogaine from an Ossining pharmacy. It is unclear whether the 42-year-old Hoousendove, who appears to have a receding hairline, sought the product for his own personal use or planned to fence the Rogaine to fellow follicly-challenged folks. Hoousendove, who was charged with petty larceny and resisting arrest, is seen in the below mug shot, which was snapped at the Westchester County lockup. (1 page)
