We are sure it is all just a big misunderstanding, but singer David Byrne, ex-frontman for Talking Heads, has been sued by his former landlord, who claims the millionaire entertainer owes him a few grand in back rent. While Byrne lives in a fancy Greenwich Village townhouse, he has also leased a small Manhattan apartment that is the subject of the rent dispute described in these New York City Housing Court records.
