Things Not To Say (Or Admit) To A Law Enforcement Agent (#4)

When deputies from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office ask why you’re wandering around a horse pasture at night, do not say, “I’m picking magic mushrooms to eat and get high.”

Michael Kelly, 32, apparently forgot this handy tip when confronted by Florida cops earlier this month. In fact, he copped to gathering 21 Psilocybin mushrooms to help him “mellow out,” according to a police report excerpted here.

Kelly, pictured in the above mug shot, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, a felony. He was released from custody after posting $2000 bond.

A felony for this?? Unreal! So lame... Our drugs laws need to change so bad! Look up L.E.A.P. - even some of law enforcement agrees!! And then a pedo gets probabtion and this guy is stuck in jail...
it wasn't the right thing to tell cops unless he wanted to keep his animal husbandry a secret.
Or he was hiding the 50th dead prostitute he just buried.
