Oklahoma City Bomber Invokes His Youngest Victims In Latest Legal Move

In his quixotic campaign to secure more soluble fiber in his prison diet, Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols has been routed in federal court, where Judge Christine Arguello last month essentially dismissed the killer’s lawsuit against the Bureau of Prisons.

In a last-ditch effort, Nichols has sought Arguello’s disqualification, claiming that since the jurist was a woman, her natural “mothering instincts” would leave her with “even more animosity toward those convicted of the OKC bombing due to the fact that 19 precious innocent children were killed in the day care center” at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.

Invoking the memory of the children he and Timothy McVeigh (“those convicted”) murdered in 1995 is not much of a surprise from the execrable Nichols. Remorse is a foreign concept for the mass murderer, whose main concern these days appear to be his uncomfortable bowel movements.

Noting that Nichols’s motion was “deficient in many respects,” Arguello last week denied the imprisoned-for-life killer’s disqualification request.

Like Nichols, Rudolph believes 'our bodies' are 'sacred and should be treated as such. But not other peoples' bodies they chose to blow up. What claptrap.
"Noting that Nichols’s motion was “deficient in many respects,” Arguello last week denied the imprisoned-for-life killer’s disqualification request." Was he still talking about the motion against the juror or was he talking about his uncomfortable bowel movements :P
the judge is called the jurist. the jury is called jurors.
@oingoboingo 'Jurist' is another term for 'Judge'. The term for a singular member of a 'Jury' (one of the twelve) is 'Juror'.
Is Arguello the judge or one of the twelve jurists then?
