David Copperfield Rider

In a salute to our favorite illusionist, here are some excerpts from David Copperfield's performance contract from his "Dreams and Nightmares" spectacular.

Sure, the guy might seem like a load, but genius is never pretty. His rider includes details about Copperfield’s secrecy agreement, the “testing of magic,” and the desired height/weight of female assistants.

Copperfield also makes it clear that he expects to be housed in “the best suite in the hotel,” and will be provided a grilled boneless chicken breast at “a moment’s notice.” (5 pages)
