OCTOBER 29--The 45-year-old Idahoan who leads off this week’s mug shot collection was collared Wednesday for a probation violation. Here are some notes about the remaining unusual suspects:
1) As for the Alabama gent on page #4, the “it” for which the 39-year-old was busted Sunday was passing a bad check; 2) While we’ve seen plenty of perps with tattoos of the state of Florida, the 25-year-old student on page #5 goes a bit further. One of his tats specifically highlights Lake County within the Sunshine State, while the other zooms in on the Altoona area within Lake County. This “Florida/Lake/Altoona” string is the body ink equivalent of hitting the “plus” symbol on a Google Map. The arrestee, who hails from Altoona, was charged with drug possession; 3) Nabbed Sunday on a bench warrant, the 28-year-old South Carolina man on page #6 may want to consider laying off the rouge a bit; and 4) The Oregon man on page #13 was jailed Tuesday. The tattoo on the 38-year-old’s throat reads “Clyde from Glide,” the name of a towing business his father once operated in Glide, Oregon. (14 pages)
