SEPTEMBER 29--A grand jury this week voted to indict an elderly Ohio man on charges that he snuck into the home of a 61-year-old woman and ejaculated into a bottle of orange juice that he then shook up and returned to a refrigerator shelf, according to court records.
In a September 27 indictment, Willis Gene Burdette, 72, is accused of burglary and contaminating a substance for human consumption in connection with the vile August 10 incident at a residence in Massillon, a city outside Canton.
Burdette is scheduled for an October 21 arraignment on the felony charges, which were filed in the Court of Common Pleas in Stark County. Pictured above, Burdette is free on $50,000 bond.
Police allege that Burdette entered the victim’s residence by “using a key located inside of her shed.” Once inside the home, he “began to masturbate inside a small tool room near the garage,” a complaint charges.
Burdette then “removed a bottle of orange juice from the refrigerator and cum inside the bottle of orange juice,” a Jackson Township Police Department detective reported. Burdette then proceeded to “shake the bottle” before returning it to the refrigerator and departing the home.
Burdette was quickly identified thanks to a security video system that recorded his activity inside the residence (which is six miles from Burdette’s home).
Court filings do not indicate whether Burdette knows the victim. The indictment charges that he “did knowingly mingle a biological substance and/or harmful substance, to wit: semen, with a drink, when he knew or had reason to believe that the drink may be ingested or used by another person.” (4 pages)
