APRIL 25--A star of the NBC hit "Will & Grace" is facing a felony theft charge following her arrest Wednesday afternoon at a Los Angeles department store, The Smoking Gun has learned. Shelley Morrison, 66, who plays the wise-cracking maid Rosario Salazar on the comedy smash, was arrested by Los Angeles cops after she was allegedly caught stealing items at the Robinsons-May store in the Westside Pavillon Mall. Morrison was booked into the Van Nuys jail, where she was held for about 90 minutes before making bail, which was set at $20,000, according to the below L.A. County Sheriff's Department record. Morrison, facing a grand theft charge, is scheduled for a May 14 appearance in Superior Court. Born Rachel Mitrani, the actress is married to Walter Dominguez, and was booked under the name Rachel Dominguez (LAPD records of the bust include a notation that Dominguez also uses the name Shelley Morrison). An NBC spokesperson, Rebecca Marks, told TSG that the network was unaware of the arrest. The actress's agent, Don Gerler, did not return a phone message left for him on his office answering machine.
