Remember the widely publicized lawsuit filed by a teenage girl who claimed Justin Timberlake terrorized her following an 'N Sync concert in St. Louis? Well, when TSG recently checked on the case's status, we were surprised to discover that 15-year-old Danielle McGuire quietly dropped the matter last year (with none of the fanfare accompanying her initial complaint). McGuire's lawyer, John S. Wallach, told us that the teen, "wanted no more publicity regarding this case. She chose to drop the case...because it was personally difficult to go forward. Believe me, I wish it was still going. It was a good case." Of course, it's not hard to imagine that McGuire didn't exactly endear herself to fellow 'N Sync fans--a rabid lot--and her high school classmates by leveling charges against pop's leading heartthrob.
