Meet Mark Siebenmorgen, The Scariest Man In The Pacific Northwest

Meet Mark Siebenmorgen.

The Oregon man, 46, was arraigned this week on assault, menacing, harassment, and criminal mischief charges. According to cops, Siebenmorgen’s spree included shoving a man to the ground, kicking and shattering the windshield of an occupied car, and throwing rocks at a woman whom he confronted after jumping out from behind a bush.

Siebenmorgen is being held at the Clackamas County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail. Thankfully.

Sure Debbie, I doubt a man who suffers from Mania is going to ever be enlisted in the first place, but whatever... something about the 8" tattoo flames going down his neck tells me he is not afraid of needles or taking drugs. He does look like he is scared of diets and bicycles though!
Neck tattoos say "I don't care about having any sort of normal role in society." With enough money you can make it work. I don't think this guy has enough money. Last year I met a guy at Whole Foods (he was a customer) who had bible verses tattooed on his face. But he wasn't violent.

At least know what you are talking about before commenting on mental illness. Mental health can decline at any time in a person's life. Mania in particular comes and goes. Depending on diet, meds, activity and enviroment. And the diet Debbie is talking about is not the weight loss kind. It is balanced with the right amount of nutrients. And about the tattoo and drug connection, you like to stereotype don't you? I have 10 and counting and don't so much as drink a beer. Oh and I am deathly scared of needles when wielded by a doctor or nurse. And I'm sure the guy is scared of psych drugs to control mania. You or anyone who is blessed with a healthy mind will never understand the meaning of "dopeamax" it sucks
The ignorance of people amazes me
When he was enlisted he was fine. It was during his time of service that the Mania came. It is typical for Mania to manifest in late teens or early twenties. Those are not tattoos. Not sure what it is, dye, facial paints? But he doesn't have any tattoos. And truly, he does not use drugs of any kind. He is just a maniac, but it is a mental illness. I do hope that while he is locked up that he will get the help he needs. I'm not excusing what he has done, I'm appalled! But believe me, it is a Jeykell/Hyde thing. When he is normal, he is very different.
I know Mark as well. I have nothing bad to say about him. He is one of the kindest people I know and I hate to see him this way. He is manic... doesn't abuse drugs and as far as I know never has. He himself has attested to this. I've never seen him drink a drop in the 6+ years I've known him. Never smokes or has smoked. He is a very healthy person. I'm very shocked, to say the least. Weather or not anyone understands what his struggle is... I support him 100%, To me, he is a brother. I just hope the legal system is fair. Educate yourself about mania and you could see how this could happen.
Dude! That is not scary. More like pedo. Jeez.
I think thunderkris and Deboraht are his dealers/drug buddies. I like how they act like this guys the victim. As I was reading the story I couldn't help but think of the horror that would come with being the person sitting in the occupied car whose windows he smashed out, thinking of my children in the backseat not deserving to have to go through his "mental illness". Or being the woman minding your own business walking down the street and having this guy jump out and menace me. Sorry but even mentally ill people have choices to make. I'm pretty sure this guys mental illness is aggravated by meth. You guys are just being idiots.
No, more likely thunderkris and Deboraht are the same person. They are either a new girlfriend who believes his tales of woe or one of those pathetic characters who latch on to some freak on the web claiming to know (and champion) them. Yes, those are tattoos on his neck. No, he is not a disabled vet, he's never been a member of the armed forces. He's an embarrasment to his family, his children and the few remaining people who have called him friend for more than 30 years. He's still sitting in jail because no one wants to bail him out again.
