Cops: Woman, 21, Preyed On Teen Girl She Met Via "Secret-Sharing" App Whisper

After meeting on the “secret-sharing” app Whisper, a Florida woman engaged in a series of sexual encounters with a 14-year-old girl, leading this week to her arrest and jailing on multiple felony charges, investigators report.

According to police, Taylor Paige Horne, 21, admitted to having six sexual encounters with the teen over the past two months. The girl told investigators “there were between 10-20 encounters,” according to a criminal complaint.

Police charge that Horne, seen above, got the girl to engage in “oral sex and vaginal penetration with ‘strap-on’ devices,” and knew that the victim was a minor. Court filings do not disclose how sheriff’s deputies learned of Horne’s involvement with the teen.

Horne and the girl allegedly had sex at “several locations” in Pinellas and Pasco counties (Horne resides in Trinity, a community in Pasco County).

Horne, cops say, initially “made contact with victim on ‘Whisper’ app.” The social media platform bills itself as “the best place to discover secrets around you.”

Charged with six felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery, Horne is locked up in the Pinellas County jail in lieu of $60,000 bond. She could face additional charges in Pasco County.
