Accused Child Predator Wore A Tony The Tiger T-Shirt For His Federal Booking Photo

Here’s the United States Marshals Service mug shot of Michael Lombardo, the musician who has been charged with enticing two underage girls to send him explicit photos and videos showing themselves masturbating.

The singer-songwriter--who built a large following of female fans on YouTube until news of an FBI probe--was photographed following his late-July arrest. Lombardo, 24, has been named in a four-count felony complaint accusing him of preying on a 14-year-old fan and a 16-year-old girl (who met Lombardo because he worked at her school).

Federal agents allege that, during online exchanges, Lombardo directed both teens to disrobe on camera. FBI searches of Lombardo’s laptop and cell phone turned up a video of one girl masturbating and a photo of the other teen masturbating.

Two of the counts filed against Lombardo carry a maximum prison term of 30 years, while the other two felonies each carry a sentence of up to 20 years.

As seen in the above booking photo, Lombardo was wearing a Japanese t-shirt advertising Kellogg's Frosted Flakes (though Tony the Tiger was cropped out by the federal official behind the camera).
