Mark Williams, 31, was arrested in May after Michigan police found him hanging off the ledge of a building. Williams, as you can see, was dressed as Batman. He was found carrying a collapsible baton and a can of pepper spray in his “utility belt.” In an online profile, the wannabe superhero describes himself as a "geek" who is “into comics and action figures” and loves “The Dark Knight.”
