Ravioli a la Battery Rap Filed In Sibling Beef
Woman, 21, pelted sister with Italian delicacy
AUGUST 19--When police arrived at the residence, evidence of the ravioli attack was splattered on the victim, according to an arrest report.
In the latest food attack plaguing the U.S., a 21-year-old woman--angry that her sister would not share grub she brought home--was arrested on a ravioli a la battery charge.
Cops say Nakhia Davis “got mad at her blood-related sister” after the victim “did not allow the defendant to have any of the food” she delivered to the pair’s Florida home.
The miffed sister, cops allege, retaliated by throwing a plate of raviolis at her sibling. When a patrolman arrived at the Clearwater property, “the victim still had sauce from the raviolis on her.”
Seen above, Davis reportedly admitted to the ravioli tossing, which was witnessed by the victim’s boyfriend.
Charged with domestic battery, a misdemeanor, Davis spent a night in jail before being released Friday afternoon on her own recognizance. A judge has ordered Davis to have no contact with her sister.
The arrest report does not indicate what kind of ravioli was used in the alleged attack or whether the pasta was coated in a tomato, pesto, cheese, or butter-based topping. (1 page)
