Cops: Stripper Battered Ex With Cash "Wad"
Man struck in head with "large amount" of money
MARCH 3--A Florida stripper is facing a domestic battery charge after allegedly striking her ex-boyfriend in the head with a “large amount of rolled up money” that she threw at the victim while inside a Clearwater nightclub, cops report.
According to investigators, Tierah Miller, 29, and the 34-year-old victim both work at the Baby Dolls strip club. The pair dated for six months before separating about a week before Miller allegedly battered her ex.
As charged in a criminal complaint, Miller and the victim, a security guard, were working together at Baby Dolls earlier this week when the man “attempted to walk across the stage to speak to another coworker.” Miller allegedly responded by taking “a wad of money” and throwing it “at the victim’s head hitting him in the back of the head.”
Court records do not specify the size of the cash roll or the denominations of the bills (though singles would appear to be a likely component).
In addition to a misdemeanor domestic battery count, Miller, seen above, was also charged with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging the victim’s cell phone.
Seen above, Miller was released Wednesday without bond from the county jail. While Miller has been ordered to have no contact with her ex, a judge has ruled that she may continue to work at Baby Dolls.
Miller has previously been convicted of reckless driving, marijuana possession, and driving without a license. (2 pages)
