FEBRUARY 13--Meet Joe Frazier. The former heavyweight champion, 60, was arrested this morning for assaulting a female acquaintance, according to Philadelphia cops (who snapped this mug shot of Smokin' Joe). Police identified the victim, 44, as the mother of one of Frazier's sons and said that she was not seriously injured. Frazier was charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment. (1 page)
