AUGUST 13--Meet Bello Sanchez. The 21-year-old Albuquerque man is facing an aggravated assault charge after shooting his buddy in the back with another friend's rifle. After initially claiming that pal Dalton Webert was wounded in a drive-by shooting, Sanchez finally confessed to some incredibly moronic gunplay (read the below criminal complaint to discover what actually transpired). While Sanchez bonded out of the Bernalillo County Detention Center, Webert remains hospitalized in satisfactory condition at the University of New Mexico Hospital. (3 pages)
