"Survivor" Castaway Claims Show Was Rigged
What to do if your 15 minutes are up? Litigate, litigate, litigate! Former "Survivor" contestant Stacey Stillman, who was booted from Palau Tiga in last year's third episode, now alleges that the show was rigged, claiming she was voted off the island after producer Mark Burnett interceded with two of her castmates. In this Superior Court lawsuit filed in San Francisco on February 5, Stillman claims that Burnett was trying to protect 72-year-old Rudy Boesch from a nearly banishment. Stillman is seeking $75,000 plus restitution for lost prize money. (9 pages)

UPDATE: We've tried to speak with Stacey about her lawsuit, but she won't return calls. All TSG has to show for our efforts is this MP3 of her answering machine message (you'd think we worked for CBS).
Stacey now joins Kelly Wiglesworth, Richard Hatch, andSean Kenniff on our "Survivor" lawsuit ledger.
