Streisand Refusing To Pay Up In Legal Loss

RICH-IE: The lush life of Lionel Richie's estranged wife

MARCH 5--Barbra Streisand, routed in court over her claim that an aerial photograph of her Malibu compound was an invasion of privacy, is now balking at paying the six-figure legal fees of her victorious legal opponent. When he tossed Streisand's $10 million lawsuit last December, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Allan J. Goodman awarded legal fees to the California Coastal Records Project and the group's founder Kenneth Adelman. Though Goodman directed the litigants to come to an agreement on reasonable fees, Streisand has refused to pay the $220,000 being sought by her opponent.
