"Secret Society" Sex Rap
Cops: Teacher lured teen girls by quoting Bible passages

OCTOBER 28--A Texas middle school teacher used a fictional "secret society" to lure teenage girls in to having sex with him, according to an arrest warrant.
Robert Rosseau, 37, was arrested Monday by San Antonio cops and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. Rosseau, pictured in the mug shot at left, taught "Science, Keyboarding and Bible" at the Christian Academy of San Antonio, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
That document, a copy of which you'll find here, identifies Rosseau as the "director" of a secret society known as the "Order" that encompassed elements of "Freemasonry, witchcraft, and Christianity," but which really was a vehicle for underage sex.
Cops began investigating Rosseau after a teenage girl told them that two members of Rosseau's society tried to recruit her into the group, which would have required her to "be 'intimate' with the 'director' to establish trust." One victim told investigators that Rosseau quoted Bible passages to "legitimize his believed ability to engage in sexual intercourse" with minors, and that he claimed the order's rules "authorized" such illicit activity.
Rosseau, who was jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail, was fired yesterday from his teaching post. (5 pages)
