This is the 1983 criminal indictment filed against financier Marc Rich by then-U.S. Attorney Rudolph Giuliani. The charges against Rich and codefendant Pincus Green were scotched last month when Bill Clinton issued his last-minute pardon of the two fugitives (among others, Rich's ex-wife pushed for the presidential pass).
