OCTOBER 3--This week's mug shot roundup begins with a beaming 19-year-old perp who appears to have been lightly breaded before being booked by Georgia cops (he was arrested Tuesday for, among other things, obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property).
A couple of other notes: 1) The guy on page #4, a convicted sex offender, was nabbed Wednesday for failing to timely report to Florida officials; and 2) The arrestee on page #11 was, hard to believe, popped for pot possession. (16 pages)
