Meet the groom. The 28-year-old Hartland, Wisconsin man posed for this photo at the Waukesha County Jail, where he was booked early Sunday morning (10/6) for his role in a wild melee at his wedding reception. The newlywed was pepper-sprayed after allegedly shoving and swearing at a deputy who had arrived at the catering hall. According to this Waukesha sheriff's report, the groom says he did not realize that the fully-uniformed deputy was a police officer. After spending the first couple of hours of his wedded life behind bars, the new husband--whose name has not been released since he has yet to be charged--was freed to resume his wedding night.
