Because, according to published reports, the King of All Media has recently plunked down $5.9 million for a 54th-floor Manhattan condominium (though the deed has yet to be filed with city officials). Those seven figures got Stern a 4149-square-foot pad with four bedrooms, six baths, and stunning views (Howie can probably even see rival Don Imus's penthouse two blocks to the east).
