Ten months after the union of Drew Barrymore and Tom Green landed in divorce court, the Hollywood couple's 158-day marriage is now legally kaput.Ten months after the union of Drew Barrymore and Tom Green landed in divorce court, the Hollywood couple's 158-day marriage is now legally kaput. On October 15, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed a dissolution order and a 25-page agreement detailing settlement terms (below you'll find the dissolution order and excerpts from the Barrymore/Green divorce agreement). While both parties waived their rights to spousal support payments, Green got the couple's $2 million Studio City home (and the property's hefty mortgage). Since the 31-year-old comedian walked away with the valuable crib, Green agreed to make an "equalizing payment" of $307,603 to Barrymore. The settlement also guaranteed each party's intellectual property rights in connection with an assortment of entertainment vehicles. For Barrymore, 27, that means films like "Charlie's Angels" and "Never Been Kissed." Green's intellectual property, as it were, includes productions like "The Splooze," "Mr. Froggie," and "Subway Monkey Hour." (12 pages)
