Alleged Walmart Masturbator Finally Secures His Jail Release
Over the objection of prosecutors, a judge yesterday released from jail the Florida man arrested last month for allegedly pleasuring himself in the toy aisle of a Walmart.
After nearly a month in a Sarasota lockup, William Tyler Black was sprung yesterday afternoon by Judge Becky Titus, who waived his $2000 bond and prohibited him from visiting any Walmarts or toy stores (though she issued no rulings covering Black’s possession of Sports Illustrated issues).
The 28-year-old Black was also placed on an 8 PM to 6 AM curfew, as part of a “high supervised release” established by Titus.
Black, pictured in the above mug shot, is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow on battery and indecent exposure charges in connection with the bizarre September 14 incident.
