To the writer of this sucky article I present the words of George Orwell: "The great enemy of clear language is insincerity. OK, fine, so what? Trump can produce his official New York birth certificate. And Obama can produce his official Hawaii birth certificate. I'm not sure I recall a Smoking Gun article on Obama's lack of production. Was there one? If not, why not? Let's just be as fair as possible, and have everyone who creates an "exploritory committee" for the purpose of running for president produce a state-official birth certificate. Isn't that fair? One should not be afraid of meeting basic constitutional requirements for public office. Shouldn't the president be the foremost example of this?

In Hawaii a short form Certificate of Live Birth is not a birth certificate, does not as erroneously reported in several old media sources hold the same legal weight as a birth certificate and, in fact, does not prove anything as this form of registration was available to Hawaii resident parents to register births that occurred abroad. Even Sun Yat Sen, founding father of the Republic of China (Taiwan), who was born in Cuiheng, China, was issued a Certificate of Live Birth by the State of Hawaii. The publication of a birth notice in the local paper also proves nothing as these notices are routinely taken off the Certificate of Live Birth registrations. Comrade Barry’s birth notices incorrectly identify the place of birth as the address of his grandparents. Clearly, they were not taken from a hospital record and, hence, they too prove nothing. There are only two hospitals in Honolulu that provided maternity services in 1961 and neither has produced documentation of any kind to verify Comrade Barry's birth story... nor has any doctor, midwife, nurse, orderly, administrator or hospital personnel of any kind come forward to even allege they were present at the birth of Comrade Barry in Hawaii. Several persons including his own grandmother have come forward to claim they were present at Comrade Barry's birth in Kenya. Clueless Comrade Barry has been given a pass on the Constitutional requirement for presidents to be “natural born citizens”. He has spent over $2 million in legal fees arguing – so far successfully – that no litigant has a “compelling interest” in his birth records. He has never produced a birth certificate and has never represented under oath that he even has one. There is nothing irrational or inappropriate in demanding that any candidate produce the proper documentation to prove they are legally eligible for the office they seek – or, in the case of Clueless Comrade Barry, already hold.
