Adding injury to insult, a Louisiana man was walloped in the face after he shouted racial slurs at a group of Black victims and declared, “I hate n*ggers,” according to a police report.

Officers arrested Clint Ferguson, 51, following a confrontation Sunday night in the parking lot of the Shoe Show in Monroe. 

According to the victims, “who are black,” they were sitting in their car when Ferguson pulled up next to them, exited his ride, and began shouting racial slurs at the driver, a probable cause statement alleges.

After declaring that, “I hate n*ggers,” Ferguson returned to his car and tried to drive away. His path, however, was blocked by the driver, who had called 911 and told Ferguson, “You are going to wait for the police.”

Ferguson, cops allege, “drove around the victim and ran over the victim’s foot.” The victim “then punched Ferguson through the open driver window as Ferguson drove away.”

Seen above with a fresh shiner, Ferguson later returned to the parking lot, but refused police orders to exit his car. Three officers eventually pulled Ferguson from the vehicle and handcuffed him. He was charged with aggravated battery, a felony, and misdemeanor hate crimes and resisting an officer counts.

After Ferguson was treated at a local hospital “for his eye and nose where the victim hit him,” he was booked into the county jail, where he remains locked up in lieu of $50,000 bond.

A Donald Trump fan who refused last month to remove his “Make America Great Again” hat while at a Minnesota polling place was charged yesterday in a misdemeanor complaint.

Police say Christopher Villwock, 34, was “wearing a hat displaying a logo/slogan of a candidate appearing on the ballot for the presidential election” when he showed up at a polling site on November 5.

Villwock was repeatedly asked to remove his hat by polling supervisors and election judges, according to a December 17 court filing. Villwock “became confrontational and would not abide by the numerous requests to leave the polling place.” He “was eventually removed” by officers with the Mankato Police Department.

 A police review of surveillance footage showed Villwock ignoring election officials and “walking up to and questioning citizens who were attempting to vote at that time.” As a result of the disruption, a “long line of voters formed,” with officials being “forced to redirect voters away from the situation while simultaneously addressing Villwock.”

Pictured in the above Facebook photo, Villwock was charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly violating the state’s fair campaign practices statute. The count carries a maximum penalty of $300.

Villwock, who lives on Patriot Drive in Mankato, has posts on his Facebook page urging support for Republican candidates and detailing the supposed side effects of fluoridated water. Another post shows a handwritten sign declaring that, “All 3 letter agencies need to be defunded and to be abolished.”

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, the 2024 Democratic vice presidential candidate, taught and coached football at Mankato West High School for a decade before leaving to run for Congress in 2006.

The Ohio woman charged with killing and eating a cat today pleaded guilty to animal cruelty and was sentenced to a year in jail, records show.

Allexis Ferrell, 27, copped to the felony charge during a hearing in Stark County’s Court of Common Pleas.

Ferrell was arrested in late-August after she killed the animal by "stomping its head then eating the cat" on the grounds of the Canton public housing complex where she resided. Ferrell has been locked up in the county jail on $100,000 bond since the incident.

Police responding to a 911 call found Ferrell squatting next to the dead feline. She had blood on her feet and hands, and fur on her lips, cops reported. The pet’s owner has not been identified.

“Did you eat that cat?” a cop asked Ferrell, according to police bodycam footage. “Why’d you kill it?” Ferrell remained mute as the officer contacted dispatch and asked, “Will you call the Humane Society to see if they’ll come pick this cat up? It’s deceased.”

Ferrell’s case received national news coverage after some Donald Trump supporters pointed to the incident in light of the president-elect’s claim that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio were eating cats and dogs owned by local residents.

Canton is about 175 miles from Springfield. Ferrell, who is not of Haitian descent, was born in the U.S..

Ferrell’s plea came after a competency hearing had been rescheduled for today. It does not appear that review occurred, though a judge had signed an order in October releasing her medical records.

Ohio court records show that Ferrell, at the time of her August arrest, was on probation for a 2023 felony conviction for child endangerment. Her rap sheet also includes multiple theft convictions.

A Florida Man is behind bars after being charged with spaghetti a la battery, records show.

Police say that Marquell Royal, 40, and his wife were arguing Sunday evening about Royal’s “abuse of alcohol” when the domestic dispute turned violent.

Royal, who, cops report, appeared to be intoxicated, became “irate” and threw his bowl of spaghetti at his spouse of nine years. The noodles struck the 44-year-old woman on “the front of her body, on her stomach,” according to an arrest report.

Upon arriving at the pair’s Largo residence, officers found the victim “covered in the spaghetti sauce.”

Since Royal’s lengthy criminal history includes a 2018 conviction for battering his wife--with whom he has three children--he was charged with an enhanced felony battery count. His bond was set at $15,000 during a court hearing yesterday.

Seen above, Royal remains locked up and has been ordered by a judge to have no contact with his wife. Royal’s rap sheet spans 20 years and includes 10 cocaine possession convictions, as well as other drug and firearms charges (for which he has served time in state prison).

As alleged in Municipal Court complaints, Allexis Ferrell, 27, killed the cat by “stomping its head” outside the public housing complex in Canton where she resides.

Police responding late Friday evening to the disturbing incident--which was witnessed by multiple individuals--found Ferrell squatting next to the dead feline. Ferrell, cops reported, had blood on her feet and hands, and fur on her lips.

Court filings do not reveal who owned the cat.

Seen at right, Ferrell was arrested on several felony and misdemeanor counts and booked into the county jail (where she is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond).

Ferrell is scheduled for an August 26 preliminary hearing.

According to court records, Ferrell’s rap sheet includes multiple theft convictions, as well as a 2023 felony conviction for child endangerment (for which she was sentenced to three years probation).

Ferrell was sued for eviction earlier this year by the Stark County housing authority, but that case was subsequently dropped by the plaintiff.
