JULY 17--An Indiana man, 90, was arrested yesterday for public indecency at an Ohio park. The Cincinnati Police Division report you'll find below tells the rest of the story. Take note of the name of the pervy pensioner (who is seen in the mug shot at left) and the trick he showed an arresting officer.
