While it is unclear whether first niece Noelle Bush will be charged, Florida cops were dispatched to an Orlando drug treatment center last night (9/9) after the 25-year-old was found in possession of .2 grams of cocaine.
According to this Orlando Police Department incident report, staff members at the Center for Drug Free Living initially cooperated with police after discovering "a small white rock like substance in Bush's shoe." But after speaking with a supervisor at the drug treatment facility, the workers clammed up, refusing to cooperate further with cops, who noted that the seized substance tested positive for cocaine.
In January, Tallahassee police arrested Bush, daughter of Florida Governor Jeb Bush, after she tried to buy Xanax with a phony prescription (charges could be dropped if she completes a drug treatment program).
In July, Bush was found to be in contempt of court after a rehab center worker found her in possession of unauthorized prescription pills.
Bush spent several days in jail for the contempt citation. (2 pages)
