Indictment In Colorado Wildfire Case

This is the indictment filed yesterday (6/19) charging Terry Barton with deliberately setting the wildfire raging outside of Denver. Barton, a veteran United States Forest Service worker, has claimed that she accidentally caused the blaze while burning a letter from her estranged husband. But prosecutors allege that Barton actually started the largest wildfire in Colorado history "willfully" and "maliciously."
