DECEMBER 20--Meet Lanny Lomax. While we're not sure if he's been naughty or nice during most of 2005, the 56-year-old Kentucky man was arrested last Friday on a public intoxication rap, according to this Paducah Police Department report. Lanny, with a fifth in him, was allegedly getting disruptive at the Cheers convenience store. He was booked into the McCracken County lockup, where a deputy snapped the mug shot you can find below. We're not sure how Lanny would explain his behavior to St. Nick, but we almost like his shirt as much as the one worn by the midget porn guy. (2 pages)
