MAY 11--In addition to the millions she'll need wired into her bank account, actress Diane Lane has a few other requirements when it comes to agreeing to appear in your dopey movie. The 39-year-old Oscar nominee (for 2002's "Unfaithful") needs, among other things, fresh-squeezed juice twice daily and an on-set personal yoga instructor. She also may want to leave with her character's wardrobe and refuses to get naked "without prior written consent." The star's requirements are detailed in an in-house memorandum drafted last year by Lane's Beverly Hills lawyers. The document--a copy of which you'll find below--surfaced during a recently-settled legal dispute between Lane and a California movie production outfit. Sadly, to date, we've been unable to locate Lane's nudity rider--though we do have lovely Linda Fiorentino's. (4 pages)
