Heather Locklear was arrested in February 2018 for felony domestic violence and battery on a police officer, a misdemeanor. The 56-year-old actress was collared following a dispute with her boyfriend at a home in Thousand Oaks, California. Police allege that Locklear, who starred in TV’s “Dynasty” and “Melrose Place,” struck three officers while they attempted to take her into custody.
